[Feature] Add respond popup/notification

Like the title says, i want to ask for some notification/popup to confirm whether or not the task is done, success or failed, have some feedback to user. Things i'd like to have:

1. Added to queue/catalog, started to download, just like when completed the download, optional via settings
2. Popup to open the webpage to refresh address, like idm did, and confirm with popup/auto resume the download(Picture below)
3. Hide the start button when downloading/stuck/not stopped to avoid confusion whether to press start, or press stop to force continue requesting the file(s)
4. Add option to auto open file/folder i mentioned in [Feature request] Open file type after complete #765 (and/or directory this time)
