Path bar doesn't show correctly when being opened externally #5573

Explain the bug
When files is open through external programs like "open file location" in windows start menu the path doesn't show the full folder names it when through adding ~1 or ~3 to the end.

Expected behaviour
The path bar show show it location like if I manually navigated to it
