Formalizing the FDC3 Standard documentation

This issue has been raised as part of work, sponsored by FINOS, to improve and formalize the documentation of the FDC3 standard.

Issue description

When a Standard contains trademarks, those marks need to be indicated and attributed. These can be done as a list, up-front, or on the first use of their occurrence, using the symbol ® is used for a registered trademark, while the symbol TM is used for a trademark.

Proposal(s):

  1. Add a “Trademarks” link, perhaps in the footer part of the FDC3 home page, https://fdc3.finos.org/, that leads to something like the set of attributions listed below:
  2. Revise the information in that set.
  3. Consider removing product names unless they are absolutely necessary!
