smokeview s3d without .sz

Run any of the simple verification cases with a fire.
Run smokeview and view the HRRPUV s3d data, everything seems fine.
Delete the s3d.sz data and then try viewing the HRRPUV. Smokeview tries to recreate the s3d.sz file, but it is massive in size exceeding the full s3d file by orders of magnitude.

should be fixed in smokeview posted here.

There were two problems. 1. I was using a wrong value when skipping over fortran headers at the beginning and ending of each record (was using 1 instead of 4 bytes) and 2. The c routine feof for detecting the end of the file was not working correctly (had to put in a work around).
