检查lib目录下的solc-xxx.jar文件，该文件为solidity的java版本的编译工具，检查该文件是否完整，可以使用unzip solc-xxx.jar，文件能正常解压缩，说明文件完整，否则unzip命令会提示文件不完整。

解决方案：

  1. 建议升级控制台，将控制台升级至1.1.0+的版本，用户不用再手动替换该文件。控制台下载参考链接：

  2. 下载对应的Jar包放入lib目录，下载链接参考:
