Intelligent agent ChatOpsWG002 with prebuild agent "small talk" from dialogflow

Continuation from #9. ChatOpsWG002 was created with really just a "hi" anwser. but dialogflow have prebuild agent "small talk" with e better start.

So or recreate this agent or at least look some way to import prebuild agents on a already created agent.

Imported from smalltalk. Dialog flow knows the indent, but answers should be added for each one I guess.

Maybe exist some place on internet with better answers than create each one for these demos.
