Add option to set overall application size to standard dimensions.

How easy would it be for you to insert an option for users to set the
overall GeoViz window dimensions, either to custom settings or at least the
two standard for video: 1280 x 720 (16x9 HD) and 640 x 480 (4:3 SD)?

I think this would need to be the dimensions that include the frame, not
those inside the frame. The goal is to make it easy to set up an
application to be captured with Jing or Camtasia at a size required by YouTube.
