Flare 1.07 was released 3 years ago, I think you'll need to nudge Fedora downstream maintainers to update.

Duplicate of flareteam/flare-engine#1762

The bug has been reported multiple times on their bug tracker with no response. With the package seemingly abandoned, I'm not sure what the right course of action is now.

Ok thanks for looking. I'll try and nudge Fedora to either delete it of fix it. I have little hope at this point.
