Request to add a condition. If the id of the target account is 1 (forum creator/website owner), the account is not allowed to be deleted or erased.
This can prevent other administrators from erasing the account of the website owner.

Isn't this an issue with core instead of this extension? Account deletion in the sense of this extension, to me, is supposed to be requested by the actual user, not someone else making that decision on their behalf.

For this reason I don't think this should be a responsibility of this extension.
