I get an error error: Unable to allocate instance id when trying to run signal (flatpak run org.signal.Signal)

OpenSUSE tumbleweed, KDE, Latest updates installed from the flathub. Signal has previously run on this PC but won't run at all now.

Never mind, issue resolved when PC was rebooted.
