Dictionary.csv裡面的內容會一直duplicated，字典檔一下子就變得好大 #48

我是從一個空的字典檔開始，才發現有這個問題。之前有發現有duplicated，但以為是安裝時就有了。我覺得這是很嚴重的bug，請趕快修一修！
