Should bitbake recipe for tpm2-tools have a dependency on tpm2-abrmd?

The OE recipe for tpm2-tools does not include a dependency on tpm2-abrmd. The result is that if the abrmd is used, the tools won't have tctis=tabrmd set. While this can be set via a bbappend, it seems like it ought to be configured to work without the user needing to know that additional step is necessary.

Hi @pscheie. This dependency was added to master a while back. If you're having problems it may be that you're using a release branch that didn't get f43341a cherry-picked over to it. I'll get this done for the rocko branch. Let me know if this fixes your issue.
