small error in traits.js

in line 82 of traits.js :

it seems the getPrototypeOf fallback implementation is wrong and should really 
be:

 return obj.prototype;

instead of 

 return Object.prototype;

Since I didn't try to use the lib yet, I don't know if this cause any problem 
though, but I bet it could.
