Stability: run test suite once a day against testnet and Krasnodar

To better address stability of the network, we need some assessment of networks states. Running whole test suit against a real network is rather cheap and stubborn, and seems like a good start.

GitHub allows scheduling test runs periodically, so that's easy. The only obstacle is to tell test suite to be ran against Krasnodar instead of local nodes.
