Add json struct tags to all exposed structs #1070

Even though we are using PascalCase in many cases (#1068), we should explicitly add json struct tags to exposed structs.

There might be a tool which may help with this.

Closing, without a PR this won't get fixed. Flux v1 is in Maintenance Mode (see #3320)
