Small top bar / small fonts

Hi,
I noticed that the top bar is much smaller in reality than on the example of the site…

I find it a pity that it is so small knowing that it is the main part of the site… Would it be possible to put it back as big as on the example?

I also have the impression that, in reality, the font sizes are much smaller than in the example. They are even much too small, would it be possible to put them at the same size as on the example please?
