Inside of database downloaded folder have images and description file you can get more information about database in this link

No, but I think that will work good with video as well using GPU, but not in real time. I think depending of your GPU the Resnet 152 will process around 5 fps. You can see more about performance of convolution nets in this link If you need real time prediction an way is train other net with lighter shape.
