Fresh Installing Easy NPC

Like an idiot I accidently set the EasyNPC in my downloads as the location of the .exe in my ModManager 2 tools. I ran EasyNPC and did the first time setup. I then realised my mistake and completely deleted EasyNPC from my downloads folder, reinstalled it and placed it in the correct location in my mods folders. Removing the tool and then adding it again, selecting the correct location, causes EasyNPC to crash. How do I do a completely fresh install of EasyNPC?

Realise that I should have put it in the tools folders rather than the mods folder. This has fixed the crash at launched issue - however I now have the problem that none of my plugins/mods are detected. How would I fix that?
