We need the storage.rb file in fog to properly require and Instantiate the Storage service based on a namespace of Fog::OpenStackCommon::Storage.

Thanks @geemus - This is related to #30 - same issue. While the require gets handled properly, the instance activation isn't properly building the class name. @elight fixed that with his earlier PR#30 on Identity; I need the same change made to enable Compute to work properly.
