Cropping round image also adds a black border to boundary. #768

Expected Behavior

When cropping round image, only cropped image should be saved.

Actual Behavior

When cropping round image, a black border boundary also being saved.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Upon to selecting file, open a BS5 modal to crop image.
Instantiate with enforce boundary true.
Get cropped image as base64.
