This library has been updated to Unicode 12.1 - introduced 2019mar05.
Contains unicode.org NamesList.txt 12.1 and ListeDesNoms 10.0
Contains python wrapper uninameslist.py 0.1

As per the unicode.org website, Unicode 12.1 adds 554 characters, for a total of 137,929 characters. These additions include four new scripts, for a total of 150 scripts, as well as 61 new emoji characters.
