As with most other conferences, we will distribute the slots in the schedule largely based on a selection of submissions from the community.

This ticket shall help us define what information is needed for the submission system and what information should be requested from submitters.

This came in via email from @sthagstrom:

below is the FORCE2016 Abstract submission form. Last year the program committee assigned session coordinators, who then defined the sessions and if they wanted a call for abstracts for their session it was included on the submissions form. This year my understanding is we will send a call for abstracts and then build the program from the submissions.

Also, in the past the poster/demo abstract call deadline has been much later than the session abstract deadline. Last year, at the session submission deadline, the committee removed the session submission information from the form and kept the poster/demo submission open longer.
