some contributions:

a flux model developed to use airborne observation to control sensible heat, vapor and scalar fluxes. The front spread is not simulated, the fire front is defined from a bmap that is generated from the the airborne images.
i add the creation of the libForeFire.so in the main Scontruct file.
i modified the Scontruct file in the swig to make it working with the new repo architecture.
