Allow for dynamically created suboption arrays

with the new great psychic amp implentation, it'd be great to have the parellel breakthrough feat also give you the specific amps for the spell you choose from another concious mind

We have some of the groundwork in place for the amp feats, but the proper way to implement them will require a code improvement to RollOption suboptions, to allow the array to be built dynamically. Parallel Breakthrough can be implemented now however.
