Parallel Breakthrough doesn't work for psychic dedication

If a character with Psychic Dedication chooses Parallel Breakthrough through Advanced Thoughtform (they can choose any psychic feat up to half their level), Parallel Breakthrough doesn't activate their chosen spell for amp. This is due to the AdjustStrike rule that adds the psi-cantrip trait having the predicate "class:psychic", restricting it.
