I use the Automatic Bonus Progression rule in my game, with property runes allowed...
I cannot see a way to add property runes to weapons that will be held by NPCs.
In the image below, the dagger on the right is created in the items menu, and the image on the left is the same dagger after being dragged onto an NPC sheet. It loses the boxes for all the property runes and creating attacks from it doesn't include whatever property should be there.
If I drag the weapon back to the side panel from the NPC sheet, it does remember the property rune that was assigned to it though.
I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, or has been done by design, but it would be nice to be able to use property runes with NPCs.
Tested with all modules disabled.
