[Feature] Man page for Bench

Hi Team,

I am a heavy user of man pages and I recently noticed that Bench does not have. So, I'd like to contribute to prepare man page for all the bench commands in the utility. I have prepared the man page for bench locally and I'll make the man pages for the rest soon.

Will it be okay if I place the man page directory in the root directory of bench repo itse;f ? Please guide me on the steps further
