* fix: german chart of accounts "SKR03"

- Added some missing account types and tax rates
- Added some missing accounts

* style: convert indentation to tabs

* fix: space before percentage sign

* feat: add some expense accounts

* refactor: replace unicode characters with utf-8

for better readability

* revert: add back groups for Bank and Cash accounts
