Bulk submit in WO doesn't check errors in document

Description of the issue

I get an error when submitting Work Order in the document. But still I can submit it in the list view.

Output of bench version

ERPNext: v12.5.2 (version-12)
Frappe Framework: v12.3.0 (version-12)

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a Work Order without Source WH in required items section.
2. Try to submit in the Work Order page. It checks for any error which works as expected.
3. Try to submit in the list view. It doesn't check for errors.

Observed result

It submits the Work Order.

Expected result

It shouldn't submit the Work Order if it has some errors like missing fields, etc.
