This option is showing in System Settings but I cannot enable it. The checkbox doesnt work.

Any reason why it is removed? As in this feature is not available anywhere else?

@nakul80 I can't find the exact reason this was removed. However, I'm pretty sure it's because of this PR frappe/frappe#14955
I have this enabled on my instance, since those who enabled it before it was removed are now stuck with it for now. I've experienced many issues including navigational problems, and making it much more work to report to the government.

I am wondering also, since we face alot of issues if we happen to make some internal change to a submitted invoice and then the numbering differs for GST filing and ledger matching with customers. It's a big hassle. Regards, Nakul
