Describe the bug
There are multiple mentions of previous adapters of this lms domain! Just like Mon.School

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

https://github.com/frappe/lms/blob/main/lms/lms/widgets/RequestInvite.html > Thanks for your interest in Mon School.
https://github.com/frappe/lms/blob/main/lms/templates/livecode/extension_footer.html > "/assets/mon_school/js/livecode-files.js"

Expected behavior
site_name should be dynamic to sites, accordingly it should fetch in RequestInvite.html
