How to allow new users to enroll

Hello it seems like new users can not enroll on courses after signing up.

How can i set that up ?

I'm lost with the type of user / roles / user permissions

@finaldzn is your course published? If yes, your users will see a button with the Start Learning label. Clicking on this will enroll them in the course.

Yes, it seems something was going wrong, but after the course was published, all new users have access to the course, thank you for the answer
