Implement the Send to Messenger plugin so that new users could subscribe to their team by clicking on a button on a website.

For example, some FRC teams could put this button on their website and when the user click on it, they would get subscribed to receive Messenger notifications for this team.

Messenger notifications is by far the most popular feature of FRC Bot.
