Adding Copyright and LICENSE information.
Choose LGPL v2.1 (or later) because that seems most compatible with what SDCC is using.
Note: I can't find exactly what SDCC is using, but it looks like GPL 2 with a 'linking' exception. It looks like this was never an official license, but was covered by the official (deprecated?) GNU Library General Public License v2, which was renamed/replaced with the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 used here.
