Different ARCHs running with pkgng should be able to install packages not only from their ARCH.

For example a package that contains text files (documentation) or shell scripts can be installed on any machine.

This can be done for example if we have a "meta-arch" like ALL for instance.

We discussed that with some portmgr@ at BSDCan'11 and the final word was that it is not worth the effort.
