configure fails to find ipopt because it looks for the header in a wrong place #295

ipopt-3.14.13 installs the header /usr/local/include/coin-or/IpTNLP.hpp, but configure looks for /usr/local/include/coin/IpTNLP.hpp and it fails to find ipopt for this reason.
