订阅地址base64解码后，
最前面多了一个MAX=18,IOS客户端kitbunsebi订阅解析报错，能不能把把这个max=18去掉啊，windows没问题

这个max字段是客户端URL中使用参数指定返回的最大条目数量，实际没效果，已删除
