Add trademark guidelines for logos

The logo page says "You are free to use and modify these logos." Well, sort of. We need some trademark guidelines.

Just following up on a bunch of issues. Is this something you have boilerplate for, @anseljh ?

Not exactly boilerplate, no, but it's pretty commonplace. Goal is to make sure folks use FLP's trademarks appropriately, which is important for keeping them valid.
