Switched Fusion Generation with Industry Centres:

  • Fusion Generation bonus requires high stability now and is fast-forwarded anyway when needed for a gas giant generator.
  • Industry Centres unlocks Industrialism Policy which among other things discounts Fusion Generation Research Cost.

Added Mind in the Void to tree

  • Opens Additional Social Policy Slot
  • AI can adopt Design Simplicity, but does not research the tech(outside of prerequisites)

Moved Defense Techs to later in queue

  • Planetary Defense 1 is roughly the strength of 1 frigate, researching it before the 1st good hull, or production boosters for building ships is actually self-sabotaguing defense.

I am ok with code itself. I'd say description miss some changes.
Maybe add more comments to the research code, why it's needed and update description with all tech changes?
