"Found Serum coloring file, but could not load colorizer" with Pinball FX

When using a CRZ file with Pinball FX,

the log file shows for table CP and CFTBL with a serum file :
CFTBL :
[1] 2024/04/11 06:31:31.006 WARN | [serum] Found Serum coloring file at C:\Pinball\Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\altcolor\131\cftbl_l4.cRZ, but could not load colorizer.

CP:
[1] 2024/04/11 07:35:59.678 WARN | [serum] Found Serum coloring file at C:\Pinball\Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\altcolor\121\cp_16.cRZ, but could not load colorizer.

and just shows in non color.
using the Pac or VN/PAL, all works fine
Tested with multiple version of DMDext and also with and without a Serum64.dll

same Serum files works fine in Vpinmame

Something that @zesinger can fix ? Or something I did wrong ?

I have the same. Basically, Serum_Load() returns false. One of the drawbacks of having it in an external DMD: visibility.

@zesinger @mkalkbrenner can you repro and and let me know what the problem is? Here is the file:
