Remove dependency on gtimeout

I hit a bizarre bug running this on OS X without gtimeout installed, a race condition between the docker successfully writing it's stdout and the DocketTimeout.sh script griping about lack of the command.

I've fixed this in my branch, but ideally we'd find some way to avoid the issue altogether.
