This repository is for linux-tkg kernels, not nvidia-all as I think you wanted to create an issue there even though it's you missing kernel headers.
5.8.3-arch1-1 kernel is not linux-tkg kernel though, it is arch kernel from arch repos. If you want to fix that for "default" arch kernel you can run sudo pacman -S linux-headers, if you have linux-tkg installed you have to install linux-tkg's headers which also get built when you build linux-tkg.

Yeah for whatever reason my headers never installed so i manually installed them myself
