Proposal: Run tests using local versions of run (elocal) and cd (lcd), against a mock git repro. Start with running CI using Travis.

Added a basic set of tests that covers setup and deploy (with git). bb747c6

Tests can be run using python runtests.py. Should in the feature run through python -m unittest tests.
