After completing the installation instructions, do the following steps to run a simple Hodgkin-Huxley cable model:
- Launch the N2A Tool.
- Click "Example Hodgkin-Huxley Cable" in the list on the left.
- Click the "play" button (green circle with triangle in it) on the right. The view will immediately switch to the "Runs" tab, where your simulation will be highlighted.
- When it shows a check mark (completed successfully), open the node in the tree view.
- Highlight "Output".
- There are buttons at the top of the display pane that control mode. Click on the one that looks like a graph. A plot of the voltage traces from the 3 compartments in the axon model will appear below.
