"release" subcommand not implemented for "get", documentation irregularities #33

The "release" subcommand is not implemented in the semver script and, in fact, causes a confusing error message if used. In addition, the "release" subcommand for "bump" is not completely documented in the public documentation (README.md): not in syntax, but example is given. "release" does work for "bump".

The external, public doc (README.md) does not correspond to the script's usage message. The usage message is correct.

I will provide a PR shortly that addresses this issue. I believe that it is immediately mergeable.
