Restore ability to show all torrent info

Docs from http://people.bath.ac.uk/mk440//torrentinfo/ tell 'Additionally the entire torrent can be shown in hierachical form.', it is valid for torrentinfo-1.0.2, but not for torrentinfo-1.6.0.

When using --dump torrentinfo-1.6.0 shows only:

    files
    piece length
    pieces

but torrentinfo-1.0.2 shows:

    announce
    announce-list
    comment
    created by
    creation date
    encoding
    info
        files
        name
        piece length
        pieces
    publisher
    publisher-url

For me it is major regression, please fix.
