我之前用的是innoextract提取qqwry.dat，使用的pwsh环境来提取的

这个dat文件能不能转为xdb格式的文件？我看ip2region项目里的数据文件就是xdb格式的，查询很快

没有尝试过，我是直接用dat数据的
