UX capsule file is not getting generated on latest versions of fwupd

@hughsie - Any idea why UX capsule file is not getting generated on the same HW setup with latest versions of fwupd where as with old versions( ex- 1.5), it was getting generated and graphical UI was getting displayed during FW upgrade

Could this be tied to your other issue of CoD vs UpdateCapsule() RT service? If you disable Capsule on Disk (see https://fwupd.github.io/libfwupdplugin/fwupd.conf.html#uefi_capsule-parameters) does that help?
