M-; still bind to comment-dwim and make wrong commenting (sometime with promp to comment-start value).

It will be more convenient to bind web-mode-comment-or-uncomment to M-; also.

Also web-mode-comment-or-uncomment doesn't follow comment-dwim conventions when work on selected regions and doesn't make outline comment without selection (that another story)...
