Dokuwiki only stores session cookies, which qualify as "required cookies". It is not required to obtain consent for these cookies according to the GDPR, so you don't have to install this plugin to obey the law - the name of this plugin is therefore somewhat misguiding.

Of course, if you want to tell users about cookies in general, this plugin is still useful.
